Professional Associated Valuer Ursula Barnard has a BTech Honours Degree in Property Practice form UNISA, a National Diploma Property Valuation from Tech SA, as well as a National Diploma Property Development and Management from Tech SA. She has been in the valuation field since December 1987, is a Professional Associated Valuer registered with the SACPVP and a member of SAIV.
Professional Associated Valuer Ricardo has a Bcom Honours Degree in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria, as well as a National Diploma in Real Estate (Property Valuation) and is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession as a Professional Associated Valuer and is a member of the South African Institute of Valuers. His career in Real Estate commenced in 2002 in various aspects including banking, property management, broking and accounting. He has been active in the Property Valuation profession full time since 2006. |
Professional Associated Valuer Leon Stander has started his career in valuations with the City Council of Pretoria in 1991. He gained a vast experience over the past 21 years being involved in valuations for municipal rating purposes, being valuer for financial institutions and having been in private practice. Experience covers all property categories including residential, commercial, industrial, expropriations and land developments.
